What You Can Expect From Emerald Luxury Transportation

Once you arrive at the Nashville Airport (BNA), there are two designated areas where your chauffeur can meet you. When you deplane you are located on level #3.

The first option is a “meet & greet” service. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area, which is located on level #2. You will go down the escalator or stairs one level, and your chauffeur will be at the bottom of the escalator holding a sign displaying your name or company name on it. With this option, the chauffeur will have to park in the short term parking garage; therefore, there would be a short walk from inside of the terminal. There are additional fees for our “meet & greet” service.

The second option is at the Limostand, which is located on level #1″ground transportation level.” Once you receive your luggage you will walk towards the middle of the baggage claim area and take one of the escalators down to level#1. You will see the rental car stands on both sides of you. Once you exit the airport, you will make an immediate right and follow the covered walkway towards the “Limo Signage.” Your chauffeur will be holding a sign displaying your name or company name on it.
